How do I make a
reservation?

How much deposit will I need
to place?
The reservation deposit is £200 per week. This reservation deposit is non-refundable
(please read over our cancellation requirements). Please note that this deposit
is deducted from your final invoice. The balance is due 60 days prior to your
arrival date. For your safety, please do not send any billing information over
E-mail. You can send us a deposit cheque with your booking form.
Will I get a property like the one in the pictures?
Yes. What you see is what you get. This is our personal holiday home. The home
you view on our photo page is the actual home we rent to our guests. This photo
page is for you to get a feel of what the home looks like inside and out. It
comes with all the amenities that come with an executive home.
What’s is the difference
between a standard and executive home?
A standard home comes with one TV, one VCR, fully furnished including all
amenities. Executive homes more than one TV, more than one VCR, upgraded
furnishings and personal items placed in the home by the home owner to
personalize your comfort.
What happens to my deposit if I cancel?
The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any monies paid over the reservation
deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in writing and sent to us within 90
days of the booking date.
When do I pay the balance?
The balance of your vacation rental is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.
Please allow adequate time for the cheque to arrive and clear.
How much tax is there to pay?
All prices are inclusive of taxes.
How do I find the Home?
Directions are sent to you via E-mail or by postal mail with your confirmation.
The confirmation will provide you with directions to our manager's office and
directly to your vacation home.
What happens if I arrive early or late?
There is a lockbox on the front of the villa. You will be given the code for the
lockbox and also the code for entry through the security gates, which are closed
at night. Check in time is 4pm & check out is 10am. An early or late check out
can be arranged for £25, if the home is available.
What do I need to bring?
Our home is fully furnished and includes all amenities, including linens and
towels.

What happens if I cause damage?
Should any damage beyond normal wear and tear or theft occur, you will be
charged for the damage or stolen item before your departure. Please be advised
that all items in the home are inventoried before and after your visit.
Can I smoke in the homes?
No, our home is non--smoking. Any guest found in violation at any time will be
asked to leave, and all monies for the reservation will be forfeited.

ATTENTION IMPORTANT NOTE:
Security Deposits:
A £200 ($350) security deposit is payable with the final invoice. This is to cover breakages or damages or excessive
cleaning. This will be refunded within 30 days following your departure, subject
to Florida Royale’s inspection of the house.

Number of Days Balance Due Before Arrival Date: 60 days
Minimum Stay: 3 Nights Unless Otherwise Posted
Cancellation Policy: The reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any
monies paid over the reservation deposit will be refunded if cancellation is in
writing and sent to us within 90 days of the booking date. Reservations cannot
be held until the reservation deposit is paid and the booking forms are
completed and returned. In the event of an emergency with the selected home,
Florida First Holiday Homes has the right to relocate the reservation to equal
or higher standards. This will be at no additional cost to the renter.
